"Life in the fast lane" would be the only way to describe the life of the Fast One.
Growing up in a rough part of New York City, Eddie learned at a very young age what it took to survive. His neighborhood was infested with crime, gangs, and poverty. From petty car thieves to mob hitmen, and every type of criminal in between. Eddie watched many of his friends fall into the same life, and be arrested or worse. But Eddie was much smarter than that.
Eddie's mom was a single mother who worked three jobs just to put food on the table and a roof over their heads. Eddie knew he had to do something to bring in money for his family, but working at McDonald's was definitely OUT of the question.
It was at about age 12 when Eddie discovered he had a real knack for hustling. He started off small, by playing quarters, and betting kids on the playground that he could beat them at basketball, then moved up to pool, dice, and cards.
It didn't take long for Eddie to catch the attention of the local loan shark, Danny Collicci. Danny C took an immediate liking to Eddie and took him under his wing to teach him the business. Eddie advanced rapidly, and accelled at everything he did. He was a natural leader. He had a business mind, a baby face, and the ability to talk anyone into doing anything he wanted.
Eddie dabbled in some investments here and there, and after a while, became quite wealthy. He moved his family from the slums they had known their whole lives, to upper Manhatten. By the time he was 18 years old, Eddie had made enough money to ensure he and his family would be taken care of for life. But bored with the everyday bullsh*t, Eddie made the decision to chase after his life-long dream... to be a professional wrestler.
Now Fast Eddie is tearing up the indy wrestling scene, and taking out all competitors. He's got it all. He's got the look, the brain, the body, and the talent to go anywhere he wants. Eddie is climbing the ladder of success all the way to the top in typical Fast Eddie fashion.
